RoofQuote Pro Privacy Policy

RoofQuote Pro is an offline-first roofing calculator and estimate maker by SoftHangar. This policy explains how the app handles data.

Information You Enter

The app lets you enter roof measurements, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, estimate notes, material prices, labor prices, tax, deposit, and line items.

Local Storage

In version 1, user-created estimates, price book defaults, company profile details, and app settings are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to a SoftHangar server by the app.

No Account Required

RoofQuote Pro does not require an account, login, cloud sync, or backend profile for version 1.

Purchases

RoofQuote Pro uses Apple StoreKit for optional in-app purchases, including Lifetime Pro and Yearly Pro. Apple processes purchases and may provide transaction status needed to unlock or restore Pro access. SoftHangar does not receive your payment card details.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

RoofQuote Pro does not use advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell personal information.

Sharing PDFs

When you create or share a PDF estimate, the PDF is generated on device and shared only through the iOS share options you choose.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app where available, reset the app data, or uninstall the app. iOS device backups may include local app data depending on your Apple settings.
